Location of Villa Belvedere

After completing a 12Km journey South East of the town of Zakynthos, one reaches the village of Vassilikos the area known as Potamia.

The village of Vassilikos provides a tourist infrastructure consisting of small hotels, villas, apartments, and rooms for rent.

One of the most attractive locations of Vassilikos are the Dorettes(evergreen mountain side) where our luxury Villas are situated in an area of 6000 sq. m.

The Belvedere luxury villas is a newly built two-storey stone building in a traditional architectural manner with materials of the area of Vassilikos and island of Zakynthos, combining the traditional island architecture with today's comforts.

Villa Belvedere provides two individual luxury houses (one up and one down) consisting of two rooms each, with the same spaces - facilities and the same fantastic view.

Within a small distance between 400 – 800metres from our villas are located: the sea with its beatiful sandy beaches ‘Ionio’ and ‘Banana’ (ideal for childrens) the shops of Vassilikos, the famous restaurant "Kostas' Brother" and the "Logos Bar" for drink and dancing set in a natural summertime environment.

The Luxury villas are suitable for one family up to 5 persons or two friendly couples.
All of this creates a friendly environment and is recommended for those who are looking for quiet family holidays.

The Belvedere Luxury villas is a newly built two-storey stone builting and has two houses-apartments of two rooms with double bathrooms and two separate kitchens fully equipped. Can accommodate up to 10 people.

Offers a separate fully equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms, the one bedroom spacious enough with a double bed, (there is enough space for extra bed on request), a spacious bathroom and large veranda with a huge garden, the other bedroom has two single beds, its own separate bathroom and a veranda in the same garden with the same view.

Offers exactly the same interiors and amenities, spacious balconies, separate entrance with large terrace and the same fantastic view.
